We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at moonandbackpt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we do not hold responsibility for lost items during shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if you are eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
